Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands.
Bags without a custom strap are typically shipped within 3–5 working days.
If you add a made-to-order strap, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for production before your order is shipped.
Processing times may vary slightly, as each piece is handled individually.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are fixed based on your location:
★ Netherlands: €6,95
★ Europe (EU): €12,95
★ United Kingdom: €14,95
★ International: €19,95
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items (such as straps) are not eligible for return.
To request a return, please email us at heystudioyuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive further instructions.
Additional notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Studio YUK is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
